I beleive that is the bulb size... I did mine it looked great, then the bulbs I guess where just painted the color slowly faded back.... make sure you get GOOD bulbs or your gona be goin back in their...

Check the jack hidden in the trunk on the right side inside the hidden compartment, expand the jack into its holder spot I had the same problem
