the only holes you have to drill are the ones where the fender meets the bumper, and on the bottom where it attches under the car... the ones on top and inside the door are already drilled... but stil...

two part epoxy....
you buy it and it comes in like this thing that looks like a big seringe with 2 tubes, squeeze some out, mix it together, then you have like 30 secs before it dries.... stuff holds ...
