yep, the car would just be sold as a stock car no mods included. it does have a red/amber clock in it right now though. it does have a radio/cdplayer in it right now also so if there was any confusion...

from what i understand celica3sgte's old gt4 was imported by a WRC Instructor and i think that's the only legal way to get one into the states at the moment
