But remember that stock the wheels are waaaay in the fenders. I'm running 6.5" wide wheels with a 38mm offset and 25mm spacers. So the offset is effectively 13mm. If those are your only two options...

Do you want to be able to pick/change spring rates? That and the ability to change right height and therefore corner weights are the only differences between lowering springs and coilovers.
