Check the EFI main relay and the 15amp ST fuse, as well as the starter relay. You should hear a click from EFI main when you cycle the key to ACC.

Hey man, I could be totally wrong on this, but I want to say that the 5sfe ignitor and coil can work with the setup. Best bet is to check toyodiy.com and see if you can cross reference the part number...
