i never went to past 8psi...

only get fuel cut when I'm trying to max out the inj. at every rpm interval.
i had a oil restrictor from ATP (bunch of scamers working there) ...

The best way to find a vacuum leak it to spray all the hoses coming off the manifold with brake cleaner.
