I'd say it should be ok just be sure that your car isn't too lowered else you'll need your arches rolling etc so it's more grief than it's worth IMO

Because they're completely different I've heard. It's not a massive ballache to do but the runners on the 7GC are narrower / shorter than the 6gc ones so you need to fabricate the things. And the back...
