Think of it as a poor mans Super AFC. Call Jet and ask them all about it. Then come back and tell us if you can turn it up and down.(as it looks because of that nob and the LED display.)

I took the bolts off, and it was holding very tightly still. like I said, I think it has glue on it, I just don't know what to do about it.
