I used black paint to keep it all clean. It was also high temp engine paint. It hasn't rusted yet. I could have had an inhibater. But jgreen is right, painting the rotors is not such a great idea....

On a 95 car though, it might not hurt to get a new one. They do wear out. Mine on my 94 was fine when I took it off though.
