are all air intakes pretty much the same? like those APC ones you always find @ autozone etc. are they crappy or what? also is it hard to install an air intake? or do i need a pro?

i dunno what they supposed to be but i know that the glove box one looks like a 74 but when u buy a 74 it is too fat and wont fit.....the trunk is definately not a 194...but one of those tubelike ligh...
