stock i think you can safely boost at 5-7psi and i think some have boosted up to 9 psi. if you upgrade it all depends on the quality of the new parts, but i would probably say you could safely boost ...

look at the FAQ section, they cut the wiring harness when they take out the engines. so i dont think buying this would be a "deal"
