The rubber gasket have no clip to hold them..that's why you can't find a part number!
use silicon to reglue them back, then use masking tape overnight so they don't slide around while it's still gooey...

Get a timing light to check if your ignition system is good...then if that's all ok look further (injector clogged..timing belt skipped a tooth, etc.)
