Replace the OEM tube between TB and box with a smooth one. K&N drop in filter and remove the resonator boxes inside the wheel well is probably the best solution you can go for.

its a compressor, so i'm sure you could find an electric compressor that you wire up somewhere to do the same job.

I wouldn't do more than a drive around the block with seafoam in your oil....
