Id be interested in an exhaust manifold, if it wont break the bank... Other than that, id prob go along with presure2 and say that with the 5s injectors, youre not going to get much out of your setup....

I used an air chisel both ways. I couldnt get them to fit into a hydraulic press, so i put a slab of metal on the bushing to even out the pressure and chiseled them in.

It makes a difference. It stiffens the front quite a bit if you get a decent one and add suspension.

It works, but you have to drill your own holes. Get the one with a full circle around the strut brace, the crescent shaped ones only bolt up to one stud because of where the Dodge studs are placed.
