if you aren't lowering I would go with 18s. they tend to make the gap look smaller, take a look at lil_lisa's car for example

people usually call them ss3 splitters, and yes they will fit any celi with a 96-99 front bumper. just keep in mind my car is lowered about 2 inches so your mileage may differ
