That little black box is the transformer. As long as the connectors fit then you can use just about any transformer.

I also just cut one rib off of the bumpstop. The teins I bought had a diagram with it that told how much should be cut off and it said one. This was on tein S-tech springs though.

It won't work. You can get toyota one's at advance auto parts. They are aluminum and come in polished,blue, or red. Or you could get a fake TRD one off of ebay really cheap.
