For a stock 5sfe I'd recommend the exedy oem clutch I have it on mines and it drives great and doesn't have that stiff clutch pedal feel like the stage 1,2,3 etc...makes driving around town alot easie...

Could be lifter tick which is a common problem on these 5sfe or could be your valve clearance just needs to be adjusted back to spec.
