Mine does the same thing, my iac isn't doing anything and a new one isn't a cheap date... $200 list price for me from napa, or car quest. I just set idle by setting the idle screw to about 900 rpm

I have a same problem but mine disappeared for some reason. Its reallly common to change plugs on a 3s almost every 3-5k miles. Might as well change them every oil change.

i'd start with a valve cover gasket since its pooling up on the top part of the intake manifold.
