I think I found the problem. The ignition timing was a little off but I adjusted that. That wasn't the problem though. I just have to plug a couple of things in then see what happens. Gotta finish...

It goes from 1200 to 1400. It doesn't bounce. Sometimes it sits at 1200, then at times it sits at 1400. Maybe a vacuum hose might be causing the high idle? But usually it bounces when a vacuum hos...
