If your right about Europe, than it's just different here. Here 70% is barely tinted. 30% is the darkest legal tint. (in Oregon at least). But I know a few people that run 15% or 10%. One guy even had...

I'm not a big fan of black rims either. But I think those would look pretty good on your car. If you go black, I say definetely go black with silver lip.
