Find and buy the muffler and resonator you want, go to a muffler shop, ask them to install the items with new piping from the cat-back. I suggest magnaflow products, they sound nice and last well.

If it's running properly otherwise it's probably not a compression issue. It could be as simple as an injector o-ring leaking vacuum on that one cylinder even.

That was awkward to do alone.
Looks like about 66 inches. I measured from the sill to the center console, 30 inches, then the center console is 6 inches wide, and another 30 on the other side.
