Yep, it's due to a bad url, usually from someone linking to a pic that doesn't allow linking or doesn't exist, or from linking to a pic and then removing it at a later time so that it no longer works.

It depends on the type of modifications that you do. An exhaust system isn't going to affect your reliability, except for the fact that you'll probably drive your car harder once you have your exhaust...

That sounds like an awesome project! I know that there's a shop named E.L. Prototypes that does excellent work on Toyotas, and there's also Toysport too. I'm not exactly sure where they're located tho...

I got my custom crush bent 2.5" piping from the cat back made and got my 5Zigen Fireball muffler mounted to it for $100 at a local shop around here called Muffler Bandit.
