An ST205 3S-GTE is gonna be a lot more work and money than a ST185, but it'll be very cool. I'm not sure on prices, but I think most people pay around $1500-$1700 for their ST185 clips.

Without modifying your internals, I'd imagine that you could run 5-6 psi reliably on your engine, assuming that it runs fine now and has no problems. I'm not exactly sure on how much power you'd gain ...
