Check your E2 wire. It's brown.
It supplies the source voltage for all those sensors.

im pretty sure thats a ct12b from a TT supra.
Found these spec on the net, not sure how correct they are.
CT12B(Japanese)
Turbine Size 60mm/48mm (big/small end of same blade)
Compressor Size 62mm/39mm...

fuel type matters. e85 might run better (not great though since you cant tune anything on a stock ecu), since e85 requires 20-30% more fuel to run. i agree though, you need some sort of management.

680's on a stock ecu? if so that would be the reason why it barely runs.
i'm not sure if the safcII can even correct that large of a size without completely throwing off ignition timing.
