7k is a good price considering the miles if it's from a legit dealership. I paid 8k for mine from a dealership w/ 77k miles and all the options. If it doesn't have the goodies i'd say 6-6.5k.

I used synthetic valvoline b/c my mechanic gets a big discount on the stuff and its awful. I've heard good things about Mobil1 Syn and Amsoil Syn so i'll be switching to either pretty soon.
