if the only mod your doing is raising a few psi your not going to get a truck load more power so based on that alone ide stay stock.

14 psi isnt that much over stock, so standard heat plugs should be fine.

what colour is your car?
i always planned on painting mine a darker grey (like a dark gun metal grey). In my opinion black wheels are jus too dark, but a shade lighter is fine.

On the dipstick for your gearbox it will have what oil your supposed to use in that box stamped into it. Find whatever that is, job done.
