Flywheel same for any 3S-GE/GTE. Either lighten & balance the factory one or go chromoly flywheel over an aluminium one. I'm currently looking at getting a Jun lightweight, they do 2 weights.

The road & track technical article I thought was quite good, but they basically said if you order a new block from Toyota there's no guarantee that you'll get the stronger block.

Does anyone tune Link computers in your area? Link have a drop in ECU which is fully adjustable. Though pricewise might be a bit high for what you're after.
