For a header, you can use a 3SFE header....but it might require some modifications and might take some work to fit properly. Phat99celica has one.

Yes, the power steering pumps on both are more or less the same beween the 2nd or 3rd gen 3SGTE and the 5SFE. You can interchange pumps between the two engines, and either one will work.
