get your car buffed to bring the shine back, chips will still be there but oh well (i have primer on mine and i do body work), and get some drilled/slotted rotors because not only will they look good ...

fyi, if that rad is aluminum( it looks to be) then a steel or stainless bolt will cause galvanic corrosion down the road, which will ruin the rad

larger dia = more FLOW but less velocity.....smaller dia = more VELOCITY but less flow...so it all depends. but generally 2-3in for our engines
