Resonator for sure, if it still sounds raspy after that than add a high flo cat after downpipe and that should take care of it. My exhaust sounded raspy until i put a high flo cat on it.

Basically the Caliper "floats" on the rotor but the lug nuts are what hold the wheel and the rotor to the spindle.
Did you change your e-brake pads? Or adjust them at all?

Does it click once, or multiple times when you turn?
I'm sure once you get an alignment, the shop doing it will most likely advise you have something fixed if the clicking will affect the alignment.
