No prolem with the wiring, simply be sure to get the whole wiring harnes (uncut) and try to get a manual tranny, the wiring harness is more simple.

Yes this swap will works on your ST202.
You don't need new engine mounts, the sotck one are ok.
Just be sure to buy the engine with uncut wiring harness and the stock ECU included.
