Yes and no. Yes that will plug into your port, but no it won't allow your OBD2 setup to read codes or data since a 1995 doesn't have OBD2 communications protocols.

I've seen senders age and read higher than actual temp, verify the temp with a second reading. Also, the OEM gauge itself isn't very well calibrated and it's NOT linear.

Anything below 235 is safe, 200-220 is pretty normal.
Fix your broken panels and shrouds, add an oil cooler like Bosozoku style.

Keep bleeding them, are there bleeders on the ABS pump? You may need to bleed it at the pump if there are. I know I had to, but my old Clonerolla had a different ABS system than the Celica and Corolla...
