Best I've seen so far is a 90 thunderbird I-4 turbo. I know its already turboed but the car is amazing; 28lbs of boost on a fully bilt motor its increadable. I have yet to see this guy lose.

You can go to a salvage yard, and try and pull an ECU from a celi, not sure how much this would cost but that would get you back to original, non CA, specs. I am not sure if it would be worth it cost...
