IIRC if you put the 2 wire that go to the sensor in the egr it gets rid of the cel.

The white/black can just go to ground.
The other wire (green/black) sends negative/ground when the fog switch is turned on.
Just wire in a relay for the fogs and run that wire to the negative (ground)...
