errm, its a caution light for the oil LEVEL not the oil pressure
and if you look after your car properly you will be doing oil level checks regularly anyway

common problem on the 3sge, the oil level sensor usually fails and is around £100 from mrT
you can bypass it by connecting the two wires that go to the sensor together
iirc jdm's dont have this warnin...
