300fwhp is easy. All you need is upgrade turbo ct21 and up the boost. Run a 2.5-3" exhaust srt up and you should be low 300fwhp easy. The stock GT fuel pump should be fine.

Looks like 16in rims. i'd guess around 7.5j wide with somewhere around +20 offset. Wrapped with maybe 205 50 16 tires. That's my guess.
