yuh id start with the fuses first, under the dash, hood then behind the radio. after that u might have hooked it up wrong.

assuming its plug and play one the connectors are not fully connected, check all plugs it could be arcing, and maybe ur polarity is reversed. if its none of those use ur voltmeter to check wut the bal...
