I couldn't use the stock lugs cause they had to fit down in the wheels.
I guess it would depend on the design of the wheel.

Ok so the reason we screwed up is cause the lugs he had where 12mm x 1.25 and we where in a hurry. There is only one threading any lug will work as long as it is 12mm x 1.50 and take my time threading...

Yeah, I'm guessing if I cut them off there would be little v-shaped notches on the inside of it.
