it would probably be better to use the "Redtop Hi-comp" head from the fwd AE92, as the manifold would already be in the correct position, etc. but the ECU from the AE92 hi-comp is set for running 10.3...

you have to cut off the stock 7gc bracket and weld on the 6gc bracket, or at least thats what i remember my brother doing. those 7gc seats are great, very comfy and hold well
