You can drive it enough to get it on a trailer. I drove mine around the back of my house with out rear axles. But i wouldnt do much more than that.

I'm not sure what you're asking. I have a fuel cell setup with stainless braided lines, you could easily just run hard line with a coupler if you move the filter.
