yeah that crossed my mind. anyway of testing it?? the revs do go down when the car is up to temp. its also had a new thermostat and change of coolant:-)

hi, my 1995 toyota celica GT is starting up at 200 revs..is this normal as it gets colder outside or does it suggest a problem somewhere? can i turn the revs down or is that not a good idea. any help ...

hi, yes mine does say ST202 on the plate so i have to guess its a 3S-GE engine??
it does say celica GT on the back of the car :-) and it certainly goes like a GT i guess. lol
