Sounds logical as it acoustically controlled, however I will leave ti where it is, and 5200rpm sounds about right as that's roughly where I noticed the actuator move.

All done and road tested, feels like it did when I bought the car.
Had a m8 jump in a rev engine several times, noticed the ACIS kick in around 5K possibly.

You've been the most helpful to date, judging by the position, this is where I readjusted it based on feel and drive.
I will get my other half to rev the engine to see where the acis kicks in
