Right, well I believe I have an alarm attached to strut brace, it has 3 wires going to it, red black and brown gown would I go about removing?

I think ring is illuminating, but there's nothing when I turn key, dash lights come on but doeant crank, and hazards are constantly flashing

ive changed the cluch on my 93 clecica gt, during this ive removed the battery obviously, now ive put everthing back as was, and the hazards are flashing and there is dash lights when turning key but...
