In my experiance with spacers....
If you get the spacers that DONT already include the wheel bolts than you should be okay with just extended studs on the hub... the spacers WITH wheel studs built in ...

it definitely WONT be safe without the bar, there are certain standards that the bar must keep to be considered safe!
not to mention, im pretty sure its illegal in some states to have 4point harnesses...

you can buy the yellow H3 bulb which are not really so yellow...
BUT if you pair that with painted/covered fog light housings then its much more yellow...
