i dont really kno the torque needed or specified.. but is it that important, why dont u just tighten it wit a wrench, iff the lug is good u wont be able to break it so ull be safe if ur worried about ...

unless u got a 6th gear.. ex: se-r spec v or 7th gen celica gt-s.. they are at about 2500-2800 goin 70mph. but yeah our cars are gear like that.
