Ok, apparently the system was in valet mode the whole time. I guess my foot flipped the switch by accident.

I recently bought my 95 celica 3 days ago and it came with a Clifford car alarm system.
It was a straight forward alarm that only locks and unlocks, so i'm guessing its a low end ...
