I went out to plug in the celi for the first time the other day and I couldn't find the cord anywhere. I just assumed the GT-S models (canada) would come stock with a block heater, am I wrong?

so after painting my tails roughly two months ago the paint has started peeling off.
has anyone else had this problem?
