Which ones would be the best alternative to OEM? No need for performance boost, just the best reliability and comparability with stock at a good price.

Which solvent would be safe and efficient to spray inside the distributor to clean up from oil (temporarily)

My celica sometimes does not start on a key turn, starts ok after a delay. Normally, it is attributed to the starter contacts.
