i need the trunk shocks for a 95 ST coupe. When i drive the trunk rattles, and when i pull the trunk release, it doesnt open, i have to hold the lever up and have someone open the trunk. Autozone quoted me $50, anyone have them for sale or know where i can get them?

Mine does the same thing...soooo.....BUMP!! I would like to know also.

I just replaced those "Shocks" on my hatch. They work but don't raise the door when i hit the release button. It's not important to me tho.

My trunk does the same thing. $50 isn't bad for the gas shocks for the trunk. Mine opens ok unless i have my system on though. I guess the vibrating makes the trunk close back again or something.
