I called vis racing today, theyre not that far from me, and they said its $406 for a cf invader hood , and $325 for oem. Does that sound good?

Are those hoods vented? By the way what purpose does a vented hood serve? I tried searching and found no 'use' 'benefit' 'used for' etc.
basicly, ventted hood are as that. they vent heat from the engine bay outside. So all the hot air under the hood doesn't stay there.
i just recieved my invader CF hood from Vis yesterday. I may be selling my car soon, so if i do then the invader CF hood would be one of the things i sell. let me knw if ur interested
